Print-Ready Files Responsibility
All files submitted are considered final and print-ready.
Inkdot will print all files
exactly as received (“as-is”)
without any edits, corrections, or modifications unless
otherwise explicitly instructed by the customer.
Customer Accuracy Obligation
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all
uploaded files, dimensions, spelling, colors, resolution,
layout, and order specifications are accurate prior to submission.
Inkdot is not responsible for errors contained within customer-provided files.
Special Instructions & Notes
Any specific instructions must be clearly stated in the
Notes section at the time of order submission. Inkdot will
follow only the instructions explicitly provided. Instructions
given after submission may not be honored unless confirmed by our team.
Design Services Requirement
Inkdot will not manipulate, adjust, or redesign any files unless:
- A design service was selected at checkout, or
- A design modification request is submitted and
approved within
24 business hours of placing the order.
Post-Submission Changes
Customers are granted a limited window of
24 business hours
to request changes or corrections. After this period, the order may
already be in production, and no further adjustments can be guaranteed.
Express Orders Policy
The 24-hour modification window does not apply to express orders.
For all express services, customers are required to submit correct,
final, and print-ready files at the time of placing the order.
No changes, corrections, or adjustments will be accepted once an express order is submitted.
Production Commitment & Timeline
To maintain our production standards and fulfill all customer orders
efficiently, Inkdot processes orders within strict timelines. Delays
caused by late changes, incorrect submissions, or missing information
are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Stop Orders & Production Costs
If a customer requests to stop or cancel an order after it has
entered production, the customer agrees to bear the full cost of all
work already completed. Inkdot will not be responsible for any costs incurred
up to the point of cancellation.
Liability Limitation
Inkdot shall not be held liable for:
* Errors in customer-submitted artwork
* Low-resolution or poor-quality files
* Incorrect dimensions or specifications provided
* Color variations resulting from screen-to-print differences
* Any issues not explicitly communicated prior to production
Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with your order, you confirm that you have reviewed
your files and details carefully and accept full responsibility for the
final output as submitted.

order has entered production. No refunds, reprints, or liability claims
will be accepted for customer-submitted errors.
